田心村在联安镇西部，距镇中心约2.5公里，海丰县城6.7公里。[1]相传明永乐年间立村，也是海陆丰早期农民运动的重要村庄。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

明永乐年间立村。建国初在一区，1952年设田心乡（十区），1953年归渡头区，1958年为联安公社的田心大队；其后1984年称乡，1987年设村委会，1989年改称管理区办事处，1998年恢复村委会。[2]

自然村[edit]

下辖文口埔、后围、前厝、大新、圩一、圩二、新寮、堆头、军田寮、新陂、葫芦笏、东笏、田中央13个自然村。[1]

革命史[edit]

村情简介说，汕尾市登记的617处革命遗址中，联安田心乡占6处，包括乡党支部联络点、农会馆、团支部与赤卫队遗迹、农民自卫军队部、乡苏维埃政权及妇女会、少年先锋队、儿童团办公旧址，以及打地主烧田契大会旧址。1924年3月，彭湃来到田心古榕树下和迎龙宫一带宣传；当年4月成立田心乡农民协会，会址在田心圩大宫（今迎龙宫）。1925年成立农民自卫队，1927年10月改组为赤卫队，同年初建党小组，9月成立田心支部；1925年5月共青团组织建立，1927年12月少先队、童子团、妇女会相继成立。[1]
