田心社区在广州市白云区同德街道，管辖原田心村一带；田心村因位于农田之中而得名，2017年起实施城中村改造。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

田心村旧时四周是农田，村子处在田地中央，由此得名。[1]田心村原属石井镇同德村委会，街道设立后划归街道；1995年改为居委会，称田心居委会。[1]

城中村改造[edit]

田心村的城中村改造方案于2013年获批复（穗旧改复〔2013〕9号），改造主体是田心村转制公司广州市同溢实业有限公司；白云区政府于2017年12月发布通告，改造用地15.84公顷，西面是西槎路，北面是环城高速，东南面是同德涌。[2]广州日报2020年5月报道，项目自2017年3月16日起推进，至当时累计清拆19.3万平方米；全体村集体经济组织成员已签约，田心村共有260户、590人，首期324套回迁房预计当年年底交付。[3]

荣誉[edit]

2024年11月，该社区获认定为「2024年广州市充分就业社区（村）」；该社区获评「广州市2022年绿色社区」（2022年11月公布）；田心社区列入2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单，名单公布于2019年9月。[1]
