铁峰山脚下的南坑村，位于稔田镇西部，离镇政府约8公里，全村有三个自然村。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村名中的“南”指其位于县城之南。村内两条山坑呈“人”字形，中间隔着一座小山岗。[1]

清代属胜运里龙田片，民国时属四美乡；1954年自四美乡划出，1958年公社化时一度改称南康。[1]

文化[edit]

村内有一座宋代丘氏古墓，新加坡、泰国与台湾等地的丘氏宗亲常来此拜祭。[1]

经济[edit]

南坑村于2021年11月获得「2021年福建省卫生村」称号。[1]
