南坑村在霞拔乡的东南角，其东侧为大洋镇林阳村，南侧是大洋镇宵洋村，西侧为福长村，北侧与闽清县邻里村毗邻。[1]

本村是通往东洋乡的要道，距乡政府所在地约7公里，东邻大洋镇约5公里。全村辖2个自然村，自然村道路已实现路面硬化。[1]
