历史沿革[edit]
1958年隶新桥公社首岭大队，1959年转隶活道公社首岭大队；至1983年为首岭乡辖地，1987年为首岭村委会辖地；1989年时首岭撤销村委会，一分为三，即首岭、塘坑、石村三个管理区；1998年恢复为村民委员会。[2]
