上横江村是广东省肇庆市高要区活道镇辖下的行政村，在镇政府驻地东南方，距镇政府驻地约7公里[1]。

据博雅地名网所载村情，全村面积约5.9平方千米，耕地976亩、山地7784亩，设1个村民小组，总人口1236人。[1]
经济[edit]
传统产业是农业，以淡水养鱼和养猪为主，蔬菜多产白瓜和沙葛；水源丰富，建有天湖塘水电站，横江工业园也在这一带。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
建国前该地隶高要县二区，1952年划入六区。1955年并入莲塘区江南乡；到1958年隶新桥公社真理大队，1959年转隶活道公社真理大队；至1983年为真理乡辖地，1987年为真理村委会辖地；1989年时真理村委会分设云尾、上横江、东横江、塘苟四个管理区，1998年撤销管理区、设村民委员会。[2]
