严村是广东省肇庆市高要区活道镇辖下的行政村，在镇域西南面，距镇政府驻地约6.2公里[1]。

以种植业为主，主产辣椒、白瓜、沙糖橘，林业以尾叶桉和松树为主。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
建国前该地隶高要县二区，1952年划入六区。1955年并入莲塘区江南乡，归活道公社后仍称严村大队；至1983年称严村乡，1987年设村民委员会，1989年称管理区，1998年恢复村民委员会。[2]
