云美村是广东省肇庆市高要区活道镇辖下的行政村，在镇政府驻地东南方，距镇政府驻地约12公里[1]。

据博雅地名网所载村情，全村面积约4.2平方千米，耕地373亩、山地5586亩，设1个村民小组，总人口518人。[1]
经济[edit]
传统产业是农业，种白瓜、沙葛、粉葛等蔬菜，村民有种佛手等南药的习惯；近年发展养鸡，养鸡专业户有十多户。[1]
文化[edit]
入选2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单（2019年9月公布）。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
建国前该地隶高要县二区，1952年划入六区。1955年并入莲塘区江南乡；到1958年隶新桥公社真理大队，1959年转隶活道公社真理大队；至1983年为真理乡辖地，1987年为真理村委会辖地；1989年时真理村委会撤销，分设云尾、上横江、东横江、塘苟管理区，1990年云尾管理区又分设云尾、塘苟两个管理区；1998年撤销管理区、设村民委员会。[2]
