黄塘村是广东省惠州市博罗县湖镇镇下辖的行政村，原属响水镇。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

相传明代中期，村里族人开办糖寮，成为周边唯一产糖的村子；蔗糖民间叫黄糖，地名由「黄糖」转为黄塘。[1]

中华人民共和国成立后属响水乡，1958年归新作塘公社，1990年起称黄塘村民委员会，2006年响水镇并入湖镇镇。黄塘村先是在2020年12月进入「2020年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」创建名单，2022年1月又被广东省乡村振兴局定为「2021年广东省乡村治理示范村」创建单位。[1]
