村域总面积4200亩，其中林地2500亩，耕地1700亩，以种植水稻和养猪、养禽为主。据村里的资料，总人口946人，蔬菜种植250亩，鱼塘300亩，工农业总产值400万元。村内设有文化室、卫生站各1间和篮球场1个，曾5次被评为镇精神文明建设先进单位，并获区、镇抗洪救灾先进单位称号。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
1928年属曲江县第三区，1941年属第四区；新中国成立后属第五区，后归犁市区。1986年属犁市镇，2004年划入浈江区。[1]
