黄塘村为翁源县翁城镇下属行政村，隶属韶关市、广东省，属镇乡结合区[1]。
历史沿革[edit]
1949年至1957年称黄塘乡，1958年至1983年称黄塘大队，1983年起复称乡，1986年改称村委会，1993年至1998年称管理区，1998年改设村民委员会，沿用至今[1][2]。
荣誉与近况[edit]
2026年3月，黄塘村被认定为「广东省第三批百千万工程典型村镇」[1]。2026年10月8日，村里组织21名党员和邻长清理了灌溉1至4组农田的水渠，清理长度共1.5公里[3]。
