蛟头叶村是广东省汕头市澄海区上华镇下辖的行政村，在澄海城区西北约12千米，靠近与潮安区的交界，为二战时期的革命老区村。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

据博雅地名网，明万历三十九年（1611年），广东吴川县的叶姓人迁来创村。附近一带共7个村，沿一条大沟分布，此村居首，旧称沟头；沟形如龙，村民多叶姓，故名。清康熙二十五年（1686年）取“南阳出卧龙”之意，改称南蛟村。[1]

1949年与太平村合称太蛟村，1953年分出，称沟头叶村，后写作蛟头叶。[1]
