历史沿革[edit]
据博雅地名网，相传宋末，福建莆田人洪墩绪（字乔）在此开村，村称洪乔，因乔、桥同音也写作洪桥；后来饶平县紫云村的黄氏迁入，改名云乔。1953年与岛门、山边合为岛门乡，1984年再合设岛门乡。[1]
人口民族[edit]
该页称全村650人，144户，耕地213亩，种植水稻、珍珠番茄、莲角等，是澄海区重点扶贫村。[1]
