历史沿革[edit]
据博雅地名网，村建于明代，靠近土地爷宫，俗称宫仔巷；因林木茂密、少受外界干扰，又改称太平村。1949年与南蛟村（今蛟头叶村）合并，各取一字称太蛟村，1953年分开，村名沿用。[1]
人口民族[edit]
村简介载，全村300人，70户，耕地67亩，以农业为主，集体经济困难。[1]
广东省乡村振兴局2022年1月公布的「2021年广东省乡村治理示范村」创建名单中，有太蛟村。[1]
