石咀村隶属广东省广州市从化区鳌头镇，为镇辖行政村，村委会设在镇域南部。[1] 全村面积约6平方公里，村民小组共19个，村委会介绍的总人口为2288人（该介绍未注明年份）。村距从化城区约28公里，距鳌头镇中心镇区约6公里。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

据博雅地名网，1958年建立石嘴大队，到1983年12月改设为石咀乡，到1987年1月改名石咀村民委员会，此名沿用到现在。[1]

村里的农业格局为：水田种水稻、花生和杨桃，鱼塘养殖观赏鱼。[1]
