元岗村是广州市花都区花东镇西北部的行政村，面积约5.4平方千米，下辖13个村民小组，村委会介绍的总人口为2034人（未注明年份），离花东镇约6公里。山前大道自东向西穿村而过，把村分为南北两片[1]。
地名由来与沿革[edit]
村内有山岭叫元岗岭，村以此得名。1949年成立可爱大队，隶属花东公社；1987年为可爱村委会，1994年6月21日撤销可爱村，分设珠湖村委会和元岗村委会[1]。
经济与荣誉[edit]
村北为丘陵，种荔枝、龙眼等果树和松树、速生桉；南部平原是居民区，水田种蔬菜；村里引入养殖场发展养殖业[1]。2025年6月被认定为「2024年度广州市级美丽乡村」，2021年12月获「2021年广东省卫生村」称号[1]。
