九子村是广州市花都区花东镇西北部的行政村，离花东中心约4.8公里，面积1.16平方千米，共有5个经济社，村委会介绍的总人口为730人（未注明年份）^[1]。

地名由来与沿革[edit]

村旁一座小山形似小狗，俗称狗仔岭，客家话里「狗仔」与「九子」同音，村名由此而来。1978年，原阳升村一分为三，成为阳升、农光、九子三村；1987年1月设九子村委会，3月归花东镇^[1]。

村集体收入多数来自出租厂房，年收入约16万元（未注明年份），外来人口不多^[1]。2017年10月获「第一批广东省卫生村」称号，2025年6月被认定为「2024年度广州市级美丽乡村」^[1]。
