凤凰村是广州市花都区花东镇的行政村，位于三东大道的东南方向，面积约0.45平方千米，下辖12个村民小组，村委会介绍的总人口为3012人（未注明年份）。全村因新白云国际机场迁建（1998年）和联邦快递项目（2006年）先后整体搬迁，才迁到现址^[1]。

地名由来[edit]

清道光末年，张氏族人从惠州迁到这里建村。村旁小山形似啼叫的公鸡，东南有一大片称鸡啼㘵的低地。中华人民共和国成立后，村民盼望「山鸡变凤凰」，村名遂改为凤凰^[1]。

村距花都城区约7公里，村委会靠征地补偿款招商引资、建物业出租来壮大集体经济；村介绍称已有52家企业落户，物业出租收益超过千万元，村民人均年收入九千多元（均未注明年份）^[1]。

2020年至2022年列入「淘宝村」名单；2023年11月入选广东「百千万工程」首批典型县镇村；2024年11月被认定为「2024年广州市高质量就业社区（村）」^[1]。
