塘星村是广州市花都区花东镇中部的行政村，在永星路边，面积约0.9平方千米，下辖5个村民小组，村委会介绍的总人口为800余人（未注明年份），地处丘陵^[1]。

地名由来与沿革[edit]

公社化之后，这里由大塘布、藕塘等村组成，定名塘星。它原属秀塘乡，1986年撤乡建村时分出，1987年1月设村委会，3月归花东镇^[1]。

村里引入广州市富力金港城物流园区，带动集体经济^[1]。2019年9月列入「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）创建单位」，2021年12月获「2021年广东省卫生村」称号，2026年1月认定为「2025年广州市充分就业社区」^[1]。
