南溪村是广州市花都区花东镇中心城区的行政村，面积约10平方千米，下辖6个村民小组，村委会介绍的总人口为1450余人（未注明年份）。省道S118穿过村内，到白云机场候机楼车程约10分钟，村委会说它是花东镇的「附城村」^[1]。

地名由来与沿革[edit]

村在大沙河（流溪河支流）以南，故名南溪。南溪由定溪和曹家㘵两处合成，中华人民共和国成立前俗称曹家㘵，土地改革时改称南合村，公社化时期定名南溪村^[1]。

1987年1月，花东区公所设南溪村委会，3月归花东镇^[1]。

村主要用好自留用地发展集体经济^[1]。2019年9月列入「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）创建单位」，2023年5月获「2022年广东省卫生村」称号，2024年11月认定为「2024年广州市充分就业社区」^[1]。
