七庄村是广州市花都区花东镇南部的行政村，全村面积约1800亩，下辖6个村民小组，村委会介绍的总人口为1600余人（未注明年份），距镇政府约4公里。村的田地紧邻机场，但村内道路多为泥路^[1]。

地名由来[edit]

村由七个自然庄组成：桂心庄、禾庄、邝庄、黄南庄、金洪庄、田心庄和元贝庄，因此称七庄^[1]。

中华人民共和国成立后先办农会，再经初级社、高级社，1957年初编入花县花东公社。其后一度并入大塘大队（1963年），1974年另立七庄管理委员会，1987年改设村委会并划归花东镇^[1]。

村民以种养业为主，水田种蔬菜、玉米、水稻，鱼塘养四大家鱼，山地养鸡^[1]。2023年5月获「2022年广东省卫生村」称号，2019年9月列入「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）创建单位」^[1]。
