居委会的成立年份，博雅地名网的简介写为1987年4月创建，历史沿革部分却写为1986年，两说并存。[1][2]

博雅地名网称，辖区内有不少居民从事竹笋、香蕉种植和牛蛙养殖，生态旅游业也在逐步发展。[2]
