历史沿革[edit]
益村最初是德庆县第五区的一个小乡（1951年至1956年），随后并入莫村大乡；1958年冬编入莫村人民公社，设益村大队。管理区的名称使用于1990年起，到1998年定为村民委员会。[1]
经济[edit]
下辖9个村小组，约1700多人。村民以种植水稻、贡柑、沙糖桔为主，部分自然村地处偏远，发展相对滞后。[1]
