东风村是广东省清远市英德市波罗镇下辖的行政村，位于镇的北端。村名的来历与位置有关：村子在镇的正北，冬季北风比周边大，气温也比别的村低。[1][2]

沿革[edit]

1983年设东风乡政府，1986年改为村委会，1990年一度称管理区，1998年10月重新设为村委会。[3]

典型村培育[edit]

2024年，东风村的“百千万工程”典型村培育工作基本完成。镇政府的年度总结称，村里先后策划了11项工程，动用资金共153万元，并完成了整村的“三清三拆三整治”。[1]

村里的农副产品加工厂与种植基地总投资20万元，以本地红薯为主，搭配芋头、黑皮花生和马铃薯。[1]

规划中，村里要在约150亩地上精种白皮红薯，建红薯干加工厂，并打造一个自有品牌。据镇政府估计，这一项目每年能给村集体带来15万元左右的收入。[4]

景观与民生[edit]

东风村的「华南百万樱花园」占地三千余亩，规划为春季赏花打卡点。[4]

2024年11月，东风村围绕送法、关爱、活动、保障四个方面开展妇女儿童权益保障工作，被镇政府的网站作为“四个到家”的例子加以报道。[5]

镇里计划在2026年实施东风饮水工程，改善村民的饮水条件。[1]
