水口村是阳山县阳城镇下辖的行政村，位于镇的东面，下辖16个村小组。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

该村1940年设保，之后随乡政府与生产大队的反复变动而调整建制。1987年为村民委员会，1989年一度改设管理区，1999年又恢复村民委员会建制。2005年4月，经县人民政府批准，新风村民委员会撤销并入本村村民委员会。[2]

地名由来[edit]

村民委员会驻地在水口村境内，由此得名。[3]

人口与经济[edit]

截至2014年底，本村总人口530户2833人，劳力1513人。耕地1320亩；旱地940亩。集体经济收入2.75万元，农民人均年收入6753元。[1]

荣誉与设施[edit]

2026年1月，水口村获评广东省第二批「百千万工程」典型村。2024年3月，该村被命名为「2023年广东省卫生村」。[1]

2019年，水口村党群服务中心列入阳城镇的升级改造工程。水口一带的秦汉古道博物馆也于同年完成二期改造。[4]
