水口村在南雄市水口镇境内，位于水口镇中心，属革命老区村[1]。下辖30个自然村，分为30个村民小组，共860户、3566人；耕地3540亩，另有林地18060亩，总面积约5平方千米。主要作物为黄烟、水稻、花生。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
地名由来：村名来由与水口社区相同：地处浈江水与宝江水交汇处，形如“口”字。[2]
1949年设水口农会，1954年组成水口初级社，1956年升格为水口高级社；1963年成为水口大队，1983年起称水口乡，1988年称水口管理区，撤销管理区、设立水口村委会，一直延续至今。[1]
