田心村是热水镇下辖的行政村。村内居民点集中在土地的中央，村名由此而来。[1]

解放前这里是田心小乡。1955年改称辽源社，1958年改为第六营（今属联丰村），1961年改为田心大队，1981年改称田心大队管辖委员会，此后于1999年成为田心村村民委员会，名称沿用至今。[1]

田心村在2021年12月获评2021年广东省卫生村。[1]

文化[edit]

村内有黄志猷故居。黄志猷生于1913年3月，1938年5月在中山大学加入中国共产党，此后任中共和平县委宣传部长。[2]

1949年6月，他任中共和平县委副书记兼副县长，同年8月任县委书记兼县长。[2]

和平县人民政府网站列出田心邹围龙屋，作为热水镇的旅游资源之一。[3]
