地名由来[edit]

村民多姓黎，村委会因此称黎村。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

清代这里不属开平，而归鹤山县遵名都管辖；民国时期为鹤山县黎民乡，新中国成立后编入鹤山县第八区的崑南乡。1958年划入开平县水口公社，称黎村大队，1967年起一度称闯新大队，1979年恢复原称。1984年改设乡人民政府，1989年改称管理区，办事处于1990年迁到黎村开发区；开平撤县设市（1993年）后属开平市水口镇，村民委员会之名自1999年起沿用。[1]

荣誉与产业[edit]

黎村在2020年、2021年、2022年连续三年列入淘宝村名单；2021年12月获广东省爱卫会授予「2021年广东省卫生村」称号。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

博雅地名网把红线女故居记在黎村村委会向北村一巷2号，称其建筑年代为清，2020年11月29日公布为第五批文物保护单位。开平市政府网2025年的问答则写作泮村村委会向北村一巷2号，说它始建于清末，主体为一层砖木瓦结构，总建筑面积251平方米。两处所记村委会不同，待核。[1][2]
