大坑村隶属福建省龙岩市新罗区苏坂镇，地处镇域东侧，离镇政府约13公里，属山地村落，出行不便。[1]

地名由来[edit]

村境内有一条大山坑，村名因而得来。[1]

人口与经济[edit]

全村共48户、186人（博雅地名网，未注年份），村民居住分散。[1]

全村面积1600多亩，其中毛竹506亩、油茶389亩。村民收入主要靠种养业和劳务输出。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

解放初划归庆云乡，1957年撤区并乡后归庆美乡。1991年设立大坑村委会，2014年为苏坂镇大坑村委会。[1]

2021年1月，村里获评2020年度龙岩市「平安村居（社区）」；2021年11月，村子获评「福建省卫生村」。[1]

2023年1月、2024年1月，先后获评2022年度、2023年度龙岩市「平安村居（社区）」。[1]
