集体经济靠山头、林地、土地流转和扶贫楼租金。[2]2020年8月，龙安塘为广东省首批“一村一品、一镇一业”专业村，产业为薯类。[2]2024年前后，供销社的“四薯”加工厂在村委会前建成50多亩的“四薯”示范基地。[3]据百度百科，该村自2023年起建起74亩“四薯”示范基地，与良西供销社合作做订单农业，2024年卖出马铃薯50吨。[1]
