坑口村位于洋庄乡北部，地处闽赣两省的寮竹关与温岭关之下，距武夷山市区32公里，是省定老区基点村。[1]

地名由来[edit]

村子位于毛连坑的坑口，村名由此而来。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1958年成立坑口大队，归曙光公社；1960年划归洋庄公社；1984年起称坑口村民委员会，此后归洋庄乡管辖。[3]

1938年6月，中共福建省委成立，其机关曾设在坑口一带。[2]

人口与资源[edit]

村辖7个自然村、20个村民小组，共403户、1604人，林地9.6万亩，耕地2384亩，森林覆盖率95%，博雅地名网概况页未注明年份。[2]

文化旅游[edit]

红军标语「中国红军万岁」与新四军第三支队留守处办公旧址均位于本村，二者都被公布为县级文物保护单位。[1]
