尖山村属石鼓镇，又叫冯屋村、郑屋村，因村周山岭环绕、山峰突出而名“尖山”[1]。
名称由来[edit]
村庄被山岭围绕，其中的山峰格外突出，所以叫尖山；该村又有冯屋村、郑屋村的别称[1]。
历史沿革[edit]
1963年，原山尾大队与幻头大队合并成尖山大队；此后1983年成尖山乡，1986年成农村管理区，1999年起称尖山村民委员会[1]。
荣誉[edit]
2021年12月，尖山村获广东省爱卫会授予2021年广东省卫生村称号；2019年9月，列入「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）创建单位」名单[1]。
