白联社区在白土镇的旧圩范围内，辖区面积约2平方公里，下设15个村民小组；博雅地名网载有人口5215人。2019年9月被认定为首批「广东省文化和旅游特色村」。[1]

社区建有办公大楼，设「一站式」服务大厅。早先以农耕为主，鱼塘共1100亩，居委会集体经济一年净收入80万元上下。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
1954年设白联居民办事处；1989年办事处撤销，改称白土居民办事处；1998年起称白联社区居委会，沿用至今。[2]
坑尾村[edit]
社区所属的坑尾村因村民住在山坑的末端而得名。黎氏族谱说，黎姓村民起初住在坑的右侧，后来分布到整条坑尾山脉；原居地沿坑建有几十间递进式大屋，前方有门楼。[3]
门楼右侧百米内曾有一棵两三百年树龄的古榕。据介绍，1999年10月21日上午九时许，大批燕子飞来，在这棵榕树上停了约半小时；村长黎广海认为这与村中60%以上的绿化率有关。榕树前原有五口池塘，被村民戏称为「金木水火土」。[3]
岭南画派画家黎雄才的祖籍就在坑尾村，其故居为肇庆市文物保护单位，见白土镇条目。[4]
