坑口村是丹阳镇西部的行政村，紧邻104国道，下辖2个自然村。[1]

村名的来历据传是：旧时村子称下日五庄，一名村民挑谷子到丹阳去卖，途中被人问往何处，他答说去“坑口”，因放担子的地方正好有一个坑。[4]

历史沿革[edit]

清代此村隶属名闻乡；1940年（民国二十九年）起改由丹阳镇统辖，1949年解放后划入第五区，1955年改归丹阳区。[1][3]

1961年组建坑口大队，1984年村委会正式设立。[1][3]

经济[edit]

村民以农业和第三产业为主，也从事线面加工。[1]

2023年12月，坑口村被认定为「2023年度福建省一村一品专业村」，主导产业为线面。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

村中有陈氏宗祠，占地六百多平方米，建筑面积约五百平方米。[2]

荣誉[edit]

2025年3月，坑口村被认定为「福建省第一批省级乡村振兴示范村」。[1]

2024年12月，坑口村被认定为「2024年度福州市绿盈乡村建设中级版村庄」。[1]

福建省农业农村厅于2022年10月认定坑口村为「第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇」。[1]
