历史沿革[edit]
燕埇在民国时期属贵子乡第三堡，新中国成立前属该乡第三村。1958年公社化后归贵子公社的燕贺大队，1962年自燕贺大队析出，改隶旺沙公社，成为燕埇大队。1983年起为乡，1987年称村民委员会，1989年设管理区办事处，1999年定名燕埇村民委员会。[1]
经济[edit]
村里主要种植水稻、马铃薯、蕃薯、木薯；特色收入来源有养殖三黄鸡和网箱鱼，种植三华李[1]。
荣誉[edit]
在广东省农业农村厅2021年9月公布的第二批「一村一品、一镇一业」专业村名单中，燕埇村以「南华李」入选。[1]
