历史沿革[edit]
村名的来历，据博雅地名网所载：依地形最初叫“鸡鸞”，后按谐音写成溪兰。[1]
溪兰在民国时期隶属石根乡第十一、十二堡；解放后先立农会，1953年设乡，1955年入高级社，1958年改为生产大队。1983年改建溪兰乡，到1989年称村民委员会，同时设管理区办事处，1999年起沿用溪兰村民委员会之名。[1]
经济[edit]
村里主要种植水稻、马铃薯、蕃薯、木薯；特色收入来源有种植烟叶、大肉姜和粉蕉[1]。
荣誉[edit]
2019年10月，溪兰村入选「2019年广东省卫生村」名录。2019年9月，溪兰村进入「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[1]
