历史沿革[edit]
祖先陈氏从潮州彩塘村迁来，另一处记作明景泰年间（1450—1457年）建村。[1]清康熙年间，本村文举人陈锡在寨门上题“彩凤里”三字，村也因此叫“彩凤村”。[1]1950年隶属港溪乡，到1958年公社化，称港后大队，1983年起称港后乡，1986年起改村委会，1992年起称管理区，1999年又恢复村委会。[1]
经济与社会[edit]
耕地572亩，以水稻为主，传统工艺有制竹笠。[1]1986年起引进制作人造丝花、盆景和仿真植物，成为周边知名的丝花专业村；现建筑企业共44家，小作坊计48家。[1]2001年新建校舍。[1]
港后村2020年至2022年连续上榜淘宝村名单。[1]
