桥头社区位于广东省东莞市桥头镇中心区。它的东面是李屋村和邓屋村，西面接山和村，北面与邵岗头村、东江村相邻，南边则是田新社区和迳联社区。社区由杨公朗、塘边街、巷头、新围仔、湴湖五个分社组成。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

1962年，迳联乡、李朗乡与东和乡各有一部分村落划入，合并组成桥头大队，这些村落包括湴湖、新围仔、塘边新村、杨公朗和巷头。此后，1984年改设桥头乡，1988年设桥头管理区，1998年设村委会，2005年改为社区居委会。[3]

社区概况[edit]

镇政府网站载，社区户籍人口约2090人，外来人口约6000人。2025年，集体经济收入超过6400万元，集体资产合计逾5.3亿元，负债约5146万元。[2]

社区近年获得的荣誉包括省级乡村治理示范村和民主示范村（社区）称号，以及东莞市城市精细化管理示范标杆等。社区建有村史馆，杨公朗的红色记忆文化街，以及巷头的主题公园。[2]
