石水口村在桥头镇西侧，紧靠东莞东部工业园的桥头园区，离桥头墟西面约5千米。全村的自然村有石水口、岭厦、方田新围、崩岗围与中和墟五处。[3][4]

荣誉与文物[edit]
村内先后获得「广东省卫生村」「广东省宜居社区」「广东省乡村治理示范村」「东莞市文明标兵村」等称号，还入选了广东省第三批「百千万工程」典型村。[2]
莫氏宗祠为东莞市不可移动文物。李桤墓与「东江纵队铁东大队大队部遗址」为东莞市文物保护单位。莫家拳被列为国家级非物质文化遗产。[2]
战时遗址[edit]
博雅地名网载，云和莫公祠为东江纵队铁东大队大队部遗址，1944年2月铁东大队在此成立，并设立大队部。中和圩旧街223号为中共东莞县委交通情报站遗址，1942年中共东莞县委在中和圩选址设站。[1]
