永安村是细坳镇下辖的行政村，与楠木村、贵湖村、黄花村相邻。村边的一座小山上立有永安革命烈士纪念碑。[1][2]

地名与沿革[edit]

此地旧称「黄麻布」，解放后改名永安。[1]

清代已有「黄麻布」之称。1952年，此地归永安乡所辖；1961年设大队，并改名为永安；1984年又设永安乡，楠木与永安都在其下；1987年改设村委会，1989年成为管理区，1999年再度设立村委会。[1]

革命纪念[edit]

永安革命烈士纪念碑位于村边小山的山顶，1957年12月建成，之后在1982年和2006年初分别维修过。碑身呈方尖形，底座为正方形，边长2.5米，下段正面镶嵌11位革命烈士的生平简介，背面刻有细坳镇革命史的概略。纪念碑占地约50.4平方米，周围砌有八角形砖墙。[2]

土地革命时期，赣南挺进队队长李大添在此主持工作，当地设立了细坳黄麻布乡（今永安）苏维埃政权，一批本地青年投身革命。新中国成立后，当地政府与群众为纪念在土地革命中牺牲的刘建龙等烈士，修建了这座纪念碑。[2]

荣誉[edit]

2019年9月，永安村列入「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[1]
