马降龙村在开平市百合镇东南部，背靠百足山，面临潭江，总面积约4平方千米，辖8个村小组，村里有碉楼18座。[1]

村有户籍人口962人、常住人口287人，约八成是侨户，海外乡亲分布在美国、加拿大、澳大利亚等国。[1]村落包括永安、南安、河东、庆临、龙江5条自然村，建于清末至民国初年，居民为黄、关两姓。[2]
名胜古迹[edit]
马降龙碉楼与村落属于世界文化遗产「开平碉楼与村落」，也是开平碉楼文化旅游区（国家5A级旅游景区）的三大景区之一；村落获评全国文明村、中国传统村落和广东省古村落。[1]天禄楼建于1925年，由29户村民集资兴建，高7层21米，钢筋混凝土结构，一至五层各户一间，第六层是公共活动层，顶层为瞭望亭。[2]1963、1965、1968年开平连发大水，村民曾登楼避难。[2]
经济[edit]
村里引入农业企业种植沃柑，带动7条自然村每年增加集体收入近20万元，2023年沃柑出口加拿大等国。[1]2025年底，马降龙村入选广东省第二批「百县千镇万村高质量发展工程」典型村。[3]
