楠木村是细坳镇下辖的行政村，与黄花村、永安村、半径村相邻。[1]
地名[edit]
博雅地名网记，相传五百多年前此地的开基者为冉姓，后有杨姓迁入，冉姓外迁，去向不明。村口原有一座石寨，名为冉屋寨，因音近「楠木寨」而得村名。[1]
沿革[edit]
此地在1952年曾为楠木小乡，1958年则合入永安大队。1961年，楠木重新单设大队；1984年转为楠木乡；1987年先改设村委会，1989年又成为管理区，1999年才重设村委会。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2024年3月，楠木村获命名为「2023年广东省卫生村」。[1]
