地理环境[edit]
村域面积15.92平方千米，半丘陵地貌，土壤肥沃，境内有小型水库1座。2008年统计有水田面积2232亩、旱地面积706亩、山地面积8397亩、鱼塘面积301亩。[1]
人口民族[edit]
2008年全村人口1956人（620户），分散在16条自然村、14个村民小组。[1]
经济[edit]
1992年起村里引导村民种植红江橙，2008年达860亩，成为镇内的红江橙生产基地；莲藕、西红柿等瓜菜也有一定规模；1996年村集体开发鱼塘面积100亩发包经营，增加了集体收入。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
横陂1949年10月解放后，这里属横陂乡，1952年划入横南乡。1958年的名称是南联生产大队，到七十年代末，由于城南公社（今恩城街道）也有一个南联大队，才改批为南华生产大队。之后依次为南华乡（1984年）、南华村民委员会（1986年）、南华管理区（1989年）；1998年10月，恩平市政府批准定名南华村民委员会。[1]
2019年9月，该村名列「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）创建单位」；2024年3月，被命名为2023年广东省卫生村。[1]
