龙安村属蕉城镇，辖20个村民小组，村情材料载有927户、3460人，总面积3.661平方千米，是镇内人口最多的行政村。在明崇祯六年（1633年）之前就已称龙安。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

在崇祯六年（1633年）以前，当地已有龙安这个名字，属兴福乡，清代照旧。1933年立龙安乡；1958年改为生产大队；1983年兴福区把东风、向阳、三里三个大队合并，沿用龙安乡之名；1987年起为村委会，期间一度叫管理区，2004年兴福镇撤销，龙安归蕉城镇。[1]

经济与荣誉[edit]

耕地约1970.69亩，种水稻、果树和蔬菜；当年村特色经济收入649.3万元，农村经济总收入1948万元。[1]

龙安村以水稻入选广东省农业农村厅2020年8月公布的首批「一村一品、一镇一业」专业村；省内的民主法治示范村（社区）创建名单上，它在2019年9月和2020年12月两次出现。[1]
