历史沿革[edit]
村民的始祖许九从河南高阳迁来定居，村名由此而来。清代隶开平县古博都，民国年间划归第十区月山乡，1961年为月山公社高阳大队，1984年改乡人民政府，1989年改管理区；撤县设市后先归水井镇，2003年随水井镇并入月山镇；1999年定名高阳村民委员会。[1]
人口经济[edit]
水田、山地都在2000亩上下；户籍人口三千多人，但四成多已迁居城镇，留在村里生活的不到1700人。华侨较多。[1]
