历史沿革[edit]
村名与北一村同理，按在镇北的先后排序。清代隶开平县古博都，民国年间在第十区罗村乡辖内，1955年起隶月山区，1963年成了月山公社的北二大队，1984年改乡人民政府，1989年改管理区；1993年归水井镇，2003年随水井镇并入月山镇；1999年定名北二村民委员会。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2019年9月进入「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）创建单位」名单。[1]
