历史沿革[edit]
黄沙在1958年为生产大队，其后依次称乡（1984年）、村委会（1986年）、管理区（1989年）；1998年10月经恩平市人民政府批准定名黄沙村民委员会，沿用至今。[1]
经济[edit]
据村委会概况（以2009年前后数据为主），全村744户、2505人，耕地889亩，村民以种植水稻、香蕉、橙、桔为主；村集体的收入来自一座小型发电站，以及恩平城区两个铺位的租金，2009年底集体经济纯收入3.5万元。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2017年10月，黄沙村获「第一批广东省卫生村」称号；2019年9月，列入「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[1]
