历史沿革[edit]

1958年公社化时叫和平大队；1983年称和平乡；1987年建立村民委员会，1989年改称管理区办事处；1999年起沿用至今。[1]

经济[edit]

主要经济作物是花生，荔枝为特色产业，并在扩大种植；村情页给出的上一年农村经济总收入是4000万元。村里改建了村委办公楼，完善了杨梅至和平的水泥路。[1]
