合坑村是广宁县赤坑镇东部的行政村，东面与怀集县接壤，辖区面积15平方公里，辖10个村民小组，总人口2210多人，村委会距镇政府14公里。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
据博雅地名网，1565年前后梁、马、曾、谢等姓居民迁来定居，清道光时村名定为合坑口。[2]1930年设合坑乡，1958年起为合坑大队，其后经村委会、管理区，1998年定名为村民委员会。[2]
经济[edit]
村里山地多，林木以松、杉、竹为主，土特产有蜂蜜、笋干、白花茶油和风栗。[1]
