杜村隶属广东省茂名市化州市杨梅镇（博雅地名网写作杜村村），地处杨梅镇区北面，邻福境、良光一带。据博雅地名网的村情介绍，全村在册615户、3009人（该页未注明年份），总面积3平方千米，耕地约908.4亩。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
1949年前后称陶村乡，土改时期办起初级农业合作社；1958年公社化时叫陶村大队，“文化大革命”期间按谐音改作桃村大队；1983年称桃村乡；1987年建立村民委员会，1989年改称管理区办事处。[1]
经济[edit]
主要经济作物是花生和甘蔗（该页写作“糖庶”）；低洼田改作养殖罗非鱼的鱼塘，镇工业园里设有杜村小区。村情页给出的上一年农村经济总收入是2132万元。[1]
2019年9月，杜村列入「2018年广东省“民主法治示范村（社区）”创建单位」名单。[1]
